We love perfectionists. When we bring on a new staff member, that person is trained in our techniques and undergoes several weeks of on-the-job training. Afterwords, supervision continues until the staff member is knowledgeable enough to train others.

Monika has worked for over 20 years as a retail manager. For many years, until her retirement, she worked as a retail manager while also managing her cleaning business.
